We at FOND Hair Care aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

Our return policy allows you to exchange or return new or gently used products for an equal or lesser value or a full refund (minus shipping costs) if you are unsatisfied.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable, and that the products must be in new or gently used condition and returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a return or exchange. Additionally, each order is eligible for one return or exchange.

Refunds: Once your return is eligible, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you receive an incorrect product, we will provide a call tag to pick it up and resend the correct item within five business days.

To initiate a return or exchange, please get in touch with us at customercare@fondhaircare.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You will receive detailed instructions via email.
